BMW
As we have so many BMW customers, we have decided to dedicate a page purely to them.
We only use genuine BMW service parts to comply with warranty requirements plus the fact that we believe that BMW oe parts are much more reliable than many pattern service parts that are around. We have a good relationship with various BMW main dealers and we can liaise with them on your behalf for any warranty issues.
We have received written confirmation from BMW Warranty Management stating that work carried out on your BMW outside the BMW dealer network will not invalidate the BMW Dealer Warranty as long as genuine parts are used. "Providing your motorbike has a full service history, any warranty claims will be honoured. Where servicing has been carried out by a non-authorised repairer then the Dealer reserves the right to reject any claim where it is felt that the cause of the defect is due to the use of a non-approved BMW part or inadequate servicing or repair by the non-authorised repairer."
Retailing Genuine Parts: We are well aware that BMW shops are few and far between and it is therefore increasingly difficult for BMW customers to buy genuine parts and accessories without either travelling miles or ordering over the internet. We are therefore offering to our customers the chance to order BMW parts and accessories through us. We have a daily delivery from BMW Park Lane so feel free to contact us with your requirements and we can have them delivered to the workshop for you to collect.
Diagnostics: Until recently, it was only the main dealers that had access to diagnostic equipment for BMW's. We are now in the position to be able to read / diagnose / clear fault codes on the following BMW models:
R-Series: R1200GS, R1200GS Adventure, HP2, HP2 Megamoto, R1200RT, R1200R, R1200S, R1200ST, R1200C (non-CAN) R1200CL (non-CAN), R1150GS, R1150GS Adventure, R1150R, R1150RT, R1150RS (single and twin spark on all models) R1100S (single and twin spark), R850C, R850R, R850RT, R850GS

F-Series: F650CS, F650GS, F650GS/Dakar, F800S, F800ST (single and twin spark on all models)
C-Series: C1 and C1-200
G-Series: G650 XChallenge, G650 XCounty, G650 XMoto

We can supply and install almost any aftermarket accessory to your BMW. Common upgrades include Touratech HID driving lights, crash bars, screens, decats, Power Commanders*, exhausts from Remus, Akrapovic and Arrow as well as genuine BMW accessories. Contact us with your requirements.
